General Information
Co-Ed and all Girls Teams for children born before Mar. 1, 2005. Spring Season is expected to start Sat., Mar. 7. Sagebrush will be holding registration at the following locations and dates. Teams must be registered by Jan. 21, 2009:

Registration Requirements
In addition to completed registration forms and fees the following is needed:
• NEW PLAYER – Must bring original birth certificate (age verification only) & two current photos of player (must be 1x1)
• RETURNING PLAYER – Must bring two current photos of player (must be 1x1)
• COACH – Must bring original coaches license certificate (verification only) & two current photos (must be 1x1)
NO INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Fees
Fees include jersey, referee fees, coach training and player technical training:

Miscellaneous Information
No refunds will be issued after a player is assigned a coach and/or team. Refunds will be processed minus a $15 administration fee. If you paid by check, a refund will only be issued after the check has cleared the bank. All returned checks will incur a $25 administration fee which must be then paid by certified funds for the player to be placed on a team. All games are played at the Silver Bowl Complex at Russell & Boulder Hwy. Sagebrush does offer Buddy Registration. Please note: buddies must register together to guarantee placement on the same team. Please realize COACHING is a volunteer position. If we do not have enough VOLUNTEERS, your child may not be able to play. If you are interested in coaching no experience is necessary. We provide COACH TRAINING. No jewelry is to be worn in games/practices.
